      <image:title>Staff - Hi, I’m Sahsha. (she/her/hers)</image:title>
<image:caption>Leading with empathy and following up with logic to help facilitate change. I am a dually Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving adults of all ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and abilities. My practice as a therapist includes techniques from various modalities including Intersectional Feminist Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Brainspotting, Tholáge Neuropsychotherapy, Psychodrama, Internal Family Systems, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, in conjunction with a social justice lens. And modalities that I use with partners and couples include the previous techniques mentioned as well as techniques from Gottman and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I am a Black and Afro-Latina queer cis woman, intersectional feminist, social justice advocate, and a proponent for sex-positivity. When we meet, you are likely to find a transparent, empathetic, humble, charming, and relatable individual. My uniquely intersecting identities allow me to connect with and help my clients navigate a plethora of identities and life struggles; by creating a safe space, I help clients explore what is distressing them without the need to explain the intricacies of the identities that they inhabit. My office is a judgment-free zone and I invite my clients to unpack whatever they need to in session. I believe that all of my clients are experts on themselves. When we collaborate in therapy, together we will find the best possible strategies that empower clients to improved mental health. I earned my Masters of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling as well as a Graduate Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the CACREP accredited top-ranked program at the University of South Florida in 2020 and 2021 respectively. And I have currently been accepted to complete a Graduate Certificate in Sex Therapy at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.</image:caption>

<image:title>About Us - Why we do what we do</image:title>
<image:caption>Inclusive Wellness offers mental health counseling and welcomes anyone who thinks that they would benefit from our services. Our practice was founded with the goal of centering marginalized communities by offering mental health counseling inclusive of marginalized identities, and the intersections thereof, in a safe space and without judgment. These communities are under-served and overlooked within the general conversation of mental health. We are committed to helping change that by offering quality mental health counseling to those in need because you deserve mental healthcare that considers all of you.</image:caption>
